Nice Job Overall!
Especially on the back-story. Flash animations never really seem to capture you and take you into that boy's world, filled with his memory's etc. But You did a great job on that. Of course, everything else was also stunningly great.

God: Started us off. Left us after things got crazy.
America: Added a little (Wealth or whatever), but mostly took a lot.
China: Didn't really take much, but gave a generous amount
Middle East: Wanted to take a lot, but America took advantage first, and attacked America because of it.
France: Didn't really do much, took a little, but not too much
Wolf (Couldn't tell what it was... Russia?): Made technology, aided Middle East.
And... that's everyone I think. So.. was that it?

So.. first of all I have to say very interesting idea :D, it seemed original enough, although many smiley based things have come about before >_>
But I'm not complaining! I enjoyed it I guess : D

Oh yeah, and just wondering, did you try to do a little Stamper styled animating? It just seemed like it, that's all ;)

Well, originally, I looked at Stamper's Work for a bit of reference since I believe he created the new smileys anyways. But it turned out good, I believe. Thanks for your review, Slick.

My only concern is that I don't like the static so much.. it takes awhile if you wanna get to a certain animation ;)

Personification: Qstorm (I didn't enjoy this week AS much as the others, it was mostly just semi-cheap jokes. But the man falling on his face cracks me up. Wait.. why was he JUMPING for the tolilet anyways xD, oh well)

Nice smoothness and stuff.. my only concern (which is ONLY because I animate movies myself) is that when it zooms in on PC for the double click line, he is isntantly not in DURRRR mode (BUT, like I said, only cuz I'm an animator, and I have a little of an OCD type thing for that)
but yeah! Keep it up! And you're the guy that did Half beard, right? Or maybe not, just thought so cuz of the animation and graphics style
Yeah, this thing is full of rough cuts, heh... you know, rough cut being when the camera goes from one angle to another and the characters aren't consistent between shots. Yeah, I noticed that, but I found it funnier if I left it the way it was. It could almost be a joke in and of itself, you know? Thanks for the comment, Slick.
The arm thing...
I kinda talked about it in the Comix Title Sequence review I made...
But here I think I can show you the example...
When Duncan raises his arms for the lima beans, his arms are behind his sleeves. This is very impossible. I suggest you find some new way to animate the arms to fix this, like putting the arms in front of the sleeves (Though I think you put them behind for some reason... you might have to remake some symbols or something)
Anyways, besides that it was good I guess! Other than the Blockhead's extremely thick lines and the arms thing the animation was pretty nice. The voice acting all sounded like the same guy... is it... YOU??? Maybe get another voice actor :3
As long as you fix the arms thing though... That would bump you up to a nine itself.
this is pretty late, shud be uddating more on my news threads, cus i already clarified I made new character models and fixing the arms. and yes it is all me but you dont complain about south park and family guy being the same people do ya? lol

Liked it, just one pet peeve of mine... subtitles! Don't worry, they were mostly fine and didn't really affect how much I liked it, but sometimes the subtitles had something different than what the guys were saying, like when Ian says I have an idea, the subtitles read I got an idea.. no real problem, it would just be icing on the cake ;)
Also also, the objective in white against the gray in the middle could have been a littttle hard to read... maybe use black glow at 1000% strength for a cool outline effect (also lower the blur size to maybe 2?), and the jail bars had alpha<1 which was kinda wierd...
So keep it up!
lol glad ya liked it :P And yes, that cat WAS from Croc 2 :P Wahay! somebody noticed! lol I should probably have a subtitle button so you can choose to have it on. and the hard to read text... I probs should have used red :s i dunno xP the jail bars had alpha because you wouldnt properly be able to see the character, all you'd see is small secitons of him xP
Anyway, I shall make more cool stuff :D
